This policy states how this website may and may not be advertised by email. It applies to every domain, mailbox and person acting on behalf of Fussy Penguins LLC.

We do not send unsolicited bulk email

We do not send, commission, or permit unsolicited bulk email advertising this website, and we do not work with affiliates, resellers, or lead vendors who do. Any message advertising this site that was sent in bulk to recipients who did not individually qualify for it was not sent by us or with our permission.

How we do contact people

Business-to-business outreach goes to named individuals at companies that fit a defined relevance criterion, researched and verified one at a time.
We do not use purchased, rented, scraped, or appended lists.
We do not mail role accounts (info@, sales@, support@ and similar), abuse-desk addresses, or catch-all domains.
Every commercial message identifies the sender by name, names Fussy Penguins LLC, and carries our US postal address.
Every commercial message carries a working unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe (RFC 8058).
Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently, across every brand and sending domain we operate, by way of a single shared suppression list.
Replies reach a monitored mailbox and a person.

Transactional and subscribed email

Account, billing, security and service notices go to registered users as part of providing the service. Marketing emails go only to people who opted in, and can be unsubscribed at any time.

Reporting a violation

If you received mail advertising this website that you did not ask for, or that appears to forge our domain as the sender, send the message with its full headers to hamza.amor@fussypenguins.com. We investigate every report, confirm the source, suppress the address, and act on the cause.

Authentication

Our sending domains publish SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. Domains not used for sending publish a null MX record, an SPF record authorizing no senders, and a DMARC policy of reject, so that mail forging them can be refused outright.
